1. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:

• You receive a damaged product
• You receive the wrong product

To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once the issue is verified, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Important: Products that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• If you receive the wrong size
• If the wrong product was delivered
• If the product has a manufacturing defect

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for exchange, the item must be:

• Unused
• Unwashed
• In original packaging
• With all tags intact

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will ship the replacement product.

3. Items Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange

• Products that have been used or worn
• Products without original tags or packaging
• Products damaged after delivery
• Custom designed or personalized T-shirts
• Requests made after the allowed time period
